One of the biggest bodegas, their Cava is a much better offering than the well-known “franja roja” beloved of supermarkets here! Bright straw yellow colour, fine and constant bubbles.
Complex, aromas of white fruits, citrus fruits, aromatic herbs, fennel and aniseed. Typical of the native Moll variety and combined with elegant balsamic aromas. Dry. Fresh and smooth finish. Aromatic sensations in the mouth of ripe, intense and creamy fruits.
