A very crisp, and moderated wine, from one of the oldest vineyards on the island, who have kept up to the times with this new-world-style white. Pear, quince, with a nice minerally finish and perhaps a smidge of citrus. Good entry, slightly bitter finish, and enjoyable from first to last.
